We read every registry once a day at 06:00 Manila time. Paid alerts go out after that read, the same day.
No. We report what registries publish, with links back. Where a classification is ours (project type, status grouping), it is labelled as ours. We do not score projects or tell you what to buy.
Projects announced in press releases, tenders, government notices and developer posts that are not yet listed on any registry. Each entry has its source. When the project reaches a registry, we match it and show what was claimed against what was listed. Read the preview.
