Terms of service

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Carbon.Supply, including the free weekly read, paid editions, Early Signals and the assistant. Carbon.Supply is a product of Wovoka Inc. ("we"). By signing up or paying, you agree to them. Questions: hello@carbon.supply.

What you get

Carbon.Supply reports what carbon registries publish (projects, status changes, issuances and retirements) with links to the registry record, plus our own classification and commentary. The plans and prices are on the pricing page. A paid plan gives one person access to the editions and add-ons you bought for the billing period you paid for. Team plans cover the number of seats agreed.

Paying, renewing and cancelling

Using the content

No investment advice

Carbon.Supply is market information, not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Registry data can be late, wrong or changed by the registry. We report what the registries say and link to it, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or accurate. Check the registry record before you rely on it for a decision.

The assistant

The assistant uses AI to answer questions from our data and the registries. Its answers can be wrong. Treat them as a starting point, not a final answer.

Text messages

Carbon.Supply text alerts is an optional program run by Wovoka Inc. If you add a mobile number on carbon.supply and tick the box to receive texts, we send you alerts when a carbon project on your watch list changes on its public registry, with a link to the project, and replies from the Carbon.Supply assistant to questions you text us. We do not send marketing texts under this program.

Up to 10 messages a month, plus replies to questions you send. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; we confirm by text and send nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@carbon.supply. Consent to texts is not required to subscribe or to buy anything.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is in the privacy notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending access

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can. If we close the service, we refund the unused part of any paid period.

Privacy and changes

How we handle personal data is in our privacy notice. If we change these terms, we update the date at the top and tell paying subscribers by email before the change affects them.
